Orana Stay is a digital guest experience app that uses existing data from Cloudbeds plus the power of OpenAI to create digital guest guides that can be sent to guest almost immediately. This allows you to satify the immediate need to free up your time to focus on adding and expanding the content to add even more benefit to your guests.
The creation of the guides is completely depending on the data present in your Cloudbeds platform, plus the currently status of OpenAI. Once you create the guides in Orana Stay, you can easily change, remove and add additional information to meet your exact requirements. Each time you publish your guides, our software will automatically connect and publish the latest information from Cloudbeds and OpenAI.
These steps are you starting point with Orana Stay, and it should not be viewed as complete. What it does do though is saves you days, if not weeks, of time creating your base guide. What can take those days and weeks, now takes a couple of minutes.
We have built a standard template for Cloudbeds based on the most common information. We will automatically apply this template to your business and link this to all selected properties. Each and everytime you publish your guide to guests, we will connect to Cloudbeds and update the necessary information. The same goes with OpenAI, we will automatically generate the content for any specific AI content that needs updating.
You are free to make changes to your guides, either at a regional level, or at room level. Once changes are made to a linked chapter, the content will still update based on any specific Cloudbed specified merge fields.
You can either disconnect your Cloudbeds and Orana Stay integration from within Orana Stay or from within Cloudbeds.
A word of warning though, by disconnecting you will stop the automated flow of reservation data between Cloudbeds and Orana Stay, meaning incoming books will not be sent to Orana Stay. Furthermore, if you publish any guest guides, the content will be blank.

A: Yes, training is complementary and you can undertake sessions as frequently as you like.
Q: Can I add additional rooms?
A: Yes, you can add additional rooms, the dashboard will show you all connected and unconnected rooms. Additional charges will apply.
Q: How are updates handled?
A: As a SaaS solution, we handle all infrastrature and software updates.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes, we will be very sad to see you go, but you can cancel anytime. Your guides will continue to function up until your last payment date. All fee are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
